Dan - great article. Over the last couple of years I've found myself functioning very much in a Business Design/Architecture space having migrated from Product Management, CX strategy and Service Design. Your upfront triangle schematic resonates. Within big transformation programmes there is such a great need to bridge the user, tech and business lines to ensure all remain aligned. Also a very strong link now between Business Design and Architecture. Opportunities to create better and more formal alliances.
